In the event of significant changes to the project scope or requirements, our approach at Trendoscope is to conduct a thorough reevaluation. This involves reassessing the project needs, re-estimating the resources and time required, and subsequently drafting a revised contract. Such a process ensures that both parties have a clear understanding and agreement on the new project parameters, aligning our efforts with your updated objectives.

Upon the completion of a project, Trendoscope understands the importance of continued support and maintenance. We offer these services tailored to each client's specific needs. The costs, terms, and conditions for ongoing support and maintenance are uniquely discussed and agreed upon for each project. This personalized approach ensures that our post-project services align perfectly with the individual requirements and expectations of each client, providing them with the necessary support for their evolving needs.

Our rates are lesser of

• 200 USD/hour
• 1000 USD/day (8hrs)

Once the complete cost of the project is estimated, we expect 50% down payment before we start our work. And remaining 50% to be paid after the completion of User Acceptance Testing and before handover.
