Trendoscope is a software development company that creates technical indicators and related tools based on mathematical calculations and quantitative methods. Technical Indicators and tools that we develop are for educational and informational purposes only.
The information provided by Trendoscope, including any buy/sell signals generated by our indicators and algorithms, is meant for calculating the historical performance of the algorithms only, not for projecting the future, and should not be construed as financial advice.
The information derived from our indicators and algorithms is automatically generated and does not take into account the personal circumstances, objectives, or needs of individual traders nor does it do subjective analysis based on market conditions etc. We do not endorse or recommend any trading strategies or trading products.
Trendoscope does not hold an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) and is not regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Hence we are not authorised to provide any financial, investment or trading suggestions.

Sale of Goods
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of digital access available on our Site.
All the goods available on our site are trading algorithms derived from generic information available to the public. These are digital access in nature and available on the Tradingview web platform. These Terms and Conditions apply to all the digital items listed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, description or images that we provide about our algorithms are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information we provide. Algorithms sold on the Site are derived from generic information available to the public. The products are made for users who are experts and already know how to apply these products in their trading. Trendoscope neither recommend nor guide people on using them. You agree to purchase algorithms from our Site and use them at your own risk.
All the items purchased from the Site are for personal use only. The algorithms should not be used for commercial purposes of any nature and are not allowed to resell or distribute in any other way.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Trial Access
Valid users can avail 7-day free trial for all the listed algorithms to validate the product and understand its suitability. Trial requests need to be made before making any purchases, no trials will be given on the product once the purchase is made. Neither payment nor card details are required for requesting trial access. Trial request can be made via this link
User requirements for trial access
In order to avail of trial access, users need to meet certain criteria. This condition is introduced to avoid users misusing trial access by creating new user ids every 7 days. Users need to meet either of the below conditions in order to avail of trial access
The trading account is at least 6 months old
OR
The user has paid a subscription to the tradingview platform.
Purchase and Subscriptions
You can purchase access to any listed algorithm for the available time period on Pricing Page. Access to the requested indicator or set of indicators will be provided for a specified time. You can also purchase lifetime access to indicators which will give you the right to access the algorithms on the tradingview platform.
All the access is valid till the Tradingview platform is publicly available. Trendoscope is not liable to provide any refunds due to any changes made in Tradingview platform access policies or unavailability of the Tradingview platform or any other reason related to Tradingview.
Refunds
No refunds are provided for any purchased items. Users are encouraged to use both free algorithms and trial access to understand the suitability before making any purchase.
Payments
We use stripe payment gateway and billing system for access management which allows payments via credit and debit cards. When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of the legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Trendoscope or any authorised officials of Trendoscope Pty Ltd are not responsible for ● The accuracy or reliability of any third-party websites or content that may be linked to or from our website, and we do not endorse or recommend any third-party products or services● Any technical problems or issues that may arise in using our website or technical indicators, including but not limited to interruptions or delays in service, or loss of data or information. ● Any unauthorised access to our website or technical indicators, and we cannot guarantee the security of any information or data that is transmitted through our website.● any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the service, or any information, or transactions provided on the service, or downloaded from the service, or any delay of such information or service. Even if Trendoscope or its authorised representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages● any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the service and/or materials or information downloaded through the service. Users of our technical indicators are solely responsible for any investment decisions they make based on the information provided, and we are not responsible for any losses or damages that may result from such decisions.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Trendoscope and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Severability
